RATCLIFFE, Texas (KAVU) -- A Texas woman says she and her family have found the elusive chupacabra.
Jackie Stock said her husband caught the creature on Sunday. It is hairless with large claws, several teeth and a ferocious growl.
But a biologist with Texas Parks and Wildlife said the animal is likely a canine with mange and that the chupacabra has never been proven as a unique species.
The animal is currently living with Stock and her family, eating cat food and corn. They hope to eventually find out exactly what it is.
