This is really crummy! Hatties Cafe’s are run by people connected the Summit County Developmental, Disabilities Board. These people work hard to keep these cafes clean, the food is good, and prices very reasonable, and the staff is always cheerful, and pleasant. So I hope the authorities catch the creeps responsible for this ASAP.
