CLEVELAND–The FBI said a man wanted in several bank robberies has been arrested.

On Friday, March 22, Jonathon Schubert, 29, was charged with three armed bank robberies and a charge of using or carrying a firearm during the crime.Authorities said Schubert admitted to armed robberies at the following: PNC Bank in Sheffield Village on Nov. 26, 2013; PNC Bank in Cleveland on Jan. 27; and PNC Bank in North Olmsted on March 10.

Before the bank robbery on March 10, a witness outside of the PNC saw a person wearing a black face mask, black gloves and carrying a black bag leave a vehicle.

The witness took a photo of the vehicle and the suspicious person who got out.

Within minutes, that same witness saw the person run out of the bank holding a black bag and getting inside the car.

That photo was given to the North Olmsted Police Department and they tracked down the vehicle and the people inside the car were taken into custody. The passenger was later identified as Schubert.
