WILLOUGHBY, Ohio — An accident involving a dump truck prompted restrictions on a stretch of Route 2 in Willoughby for a time on Monday.

Shortly before noon Monday, the truck, which was carrying salt, blew a tire and took out five utility poles near SR 306.
