Trooper Injured in Turnpike Crash Doing Better

The Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper injured in a crash on the Ohio Turnpike during a winter storm on March 12, is doing better.

Authorities said Trooper Andrew B. Clouser, 29, suffered serious injuries to his legs when he was pinned between two vehicles while responding to a crash.

Tuesday, Clouser was listed in fair condition.

Three people were killed in the wrecks, that involved dozens of vehicles and semis on the Ohio Turnpike in Sandusky County.
