Ohio Moseys to Bottom of Exercise List

Well, Ohioans, we’ve found ourselves at the bottom of another list.

We’re one of only four states that have ranked in the bottom 10 since 2008.

The list ranks states according to exercise.

A Gallup poll found in 2013, only 49.3 percent of Ohio participants exercised for three or more days in the prior week.

The poll was based on interviews with more than 178,000 U.S. adults.

Vermont was the state that reported the most exercise.  Delaware the least.
