Police: Bullet Strikes Man Walking Home from Work

CLEVELAND — A man walking home from work was struck by a bullet in the face.

The Cleveland Division of Police said it happened Friday around 1 a.m. in the area of Waterloo and Calcutta on the city’s east side.

The 34-year-old victim was taken to MetroHealth Medical Center.

He told officers he heard three to five gunshots but did not see anyone in the area at the time.
