SAN FRANCISCO, CA — A California Girl Scout is proving she is one smart cookie.

The 13-year-old scout, named Danielle, put up a table outside the Green Cross medical marijuana dispensary and according to her mother, the cookies sold very quickly.

According to KPIX, Danielle sold about 117 boxes in two hours, which was nearly four times what she sold over the same amount of time outside a Safeway grocery store the next day.

Reports have also surfaced of similar Girl Scout cookie sales in Colorado where recreational pot is also legal. However, the Girl Scouts of Colorado say it is against such sales, according to a recent Tweet.

KPIX reports that the Girl Scouts of Northern California do not have restrictions on where scouts can sell cookies.
