Chef: Stop Posting Food Pictures

Diners these days pic up their camera before they even touch their fork.

Pictures of meals are plastered all over social media and at least one chef is tired of it, according to the Daily Mail.

Chef Alexandre Gauthier, 34, who runs a restaurant in France, complains the photos ruin the surprise for future guests and also tip off rivals about food presentation.

He has gone as far as to put a symbol on the menu of a camera with a line through it to try to dissuade customers from posting food pictures.

The Daily Mail reported Gauthier said the pictures were “an infringement on his intellectual property.”
