Michael Jackson Fans Prove They Suffered Emotional Damage After Death

FRANCE– It could be a first: Five Michael Jackson fans proved they suffered emotional damage because of the King of Pop’s death.

According to New York Daily News, their lawsuit– filed in France– claimed they endured pain and suffering after the singer died in 2009.

A court ruled in their favor and gave each fan $1.74.

They had sued Dr. Conrad Murray, the doctor who spent time in jail for giving Jackson the powerful drug, propofol.

34 Jackson fans sued; but the judge found that only five of them proved their suffering.
