CLEVELAND– A Twinsburg man has become the first full-time Governor of Brohio for the Cleveland Indians.

Fans and Nick Swisher voted in Adam Gockowski; he’ll lead Section 117 at all Friday and Saturday Tribe home games.

‘Brohio’ was formed by Cleveland Indian and Columbus native Nick Swisher, who is known for his energy, upbeat attitude and Ohio pride. A special section at Progressive Field was designed for ‘Brohio’ fans this past season.

Fans submitted photos for the position of ‘Brohio Governor’ and then the finalists campaigned in front of Swisher himself in January at Tribe Fest.
