MORGANTOWN, West Virginia — Mylan Pharmaceuticals is offering a $0 Co-Pay Offer for EpiPens.

This special offer helps eligible patients save up to $100 dollars of out-of-pocket expenses for each EpiPen 2-Pak. Patients may print out or save on a smartphone the $0 co-pay card, which is reusable for each EpiPen prescription through December 31, 2014.

There are some terms and conditions. Click here to fill out an eligibility form and print out the EpiPen $0 co-pay card.

EpiPen and EpiPen Jr Auto-Injectors are used for the emergency treatment of life-threatening allergic reactions called anaphylaxis. The most common causes of anaphylaxis are food and drug allergies and insect bites and stings. Click here for more information.
