AKRON, Ohio — Three men were accused of burglary during a small apartment fire.

It happened Saturday around 1 a.m. at a building on Everton Drive in Akron.

A woman told the Akron police department someone stole $300 and an Xbox from her apartment while there was a fire in another unit.

The alleged victim’s neighbor said three men had knocked on her door as well.  They reportedly told her to leave because of the fire, but she refused.

Turner lives in the same building as the fire.

All three were charged with burglary.

According to an Akron police report, the men also admitted to going into the apartment.  Turner admitted to taking the Xbox, which was recovered in his unit.
