Super Bowl Starters: BBQ Rib and Wing Bites

One of the best parts of Super Bowl Sunday … the food! We checked in with some of the area’s top chefs for their favorite game day goodies. B&M Chef Greg Beckham shares his recipe for BBQ rib and wing bites.

Beckham B & M BBQ Rib Bites

Rib and Wing Bites

Rib and Wing Bite

-- Type of rib: 4 and down
-- Dry Rub (salt, pepper, paprika)
-- Hot Grill 45-1 hr
-- Turn every 3-5 min
-- Base with 2/3 Water; 1/3 Beckham’s B&M BBQ Sauce
-- When done cut ribs, split bone down middle, slice each bone individual
-- Pour Beckham’s B&M Sauce (Hot/Spicy/Mild) available at Heinen's, Dave’s, Marc’s and ALL Beckham’s B&M BBQ

Beckham B&M BBQ Wing Bites

-- Use Wing Dings
-- Thaw
-- Dry Rub (salt, pepper, paprika)
-- Flour
-- Fry (Canola or Vegetable) at 350 degrees, 8-10 min
-- Drain
-- Pour Beckham’s B&M Sauce (Hot/Spicy/Mild) available at Heinen's, Dave’s, Marc’s and ALL Beckham’s B&M BBQ
