BEREA, Ohio -- Browns CEO Joe Banner has been highly criticized throughout the firing of Rob Chudzinski and the search for a new coach.

Mike Pettine was named the new head coach Thursday, and was introduced at an afternoon press conference.

After Thursday's event, Fox 8 Reporter Dave Nethers talked with Banner to address some of the criticism the Browns have faced.

    It’s time to Fire him, that is not how the Browns Fans are, we don’t want him representing us, we were here before him and will be here long after he is gone which should be soon.     He’s a guy you want trust me. Just leave him to the business side and not the football. He’s a salary cap whiz so leave him to do what he does best.
