CLEVELAND --  The new year means a new lunchroom for some students in Cleveland.

A new lunchroom was waiting for the students of Benjamin Franklin Elementary Tuesday.

Thanks to the makers of Frog Tape, the school was able to enlist the help of an interior designer and construction manager from the Food Network.

The total price tag for the makeover was valued at $10,000. The new look is a vast improvement from the bomb shelter when it was first built in 1923.
