Man Pleads Not Guilty in Delivery Driver Kidnapping Case

CANTON, OH – One of the men accused of robbing, kidnapping, and raping a pizza delivery driver plead not guilty to the charges.

Jeremy Joseph,20, appeared in court Thursday morning.

According to Canton police, officers responded to the 2300 block of 14th street N.E. around 9:20 p.m. on Monday where a pizza delivery driver was robbed at gun point by two armed men.

The victim was reportedly placed in the trunk of her car and driven around before the suspects stopped at a wooded location. Police said the victim was then forced to engage in sexual conduct before she was left at the location without clothing.

A juvenile has also be charged in the crime.

Joseph is being held on a 2 million dollar bond. He is expected to be back in court on January 22.
