3 Dead in Indiana Grocery Store Shooting

ELKHART, Ind. — Three people are dead after a supermarket shooting in Elkhart, Indiana.

The shooting happened just after 10 p.m. Wednesday at a Martin’s Supermarket.

According to WXIN, the FOX affiliate in Indianapolis, police responded to a call regarding a man with a gun in the store.

When police arrived, they shot and killed the suspect after officers say he pointed a gun at them.

Investigators say he had shot and killed two women in the store. One was an employee, the other a shopper.
