CLEVELAND — Many decided to take in the sights of downtown Cleveland Saturday night from high in the sky.

Terminal Tower opened its observation deck for one night only, naming the special evening “Light the Night.”

“Love the lights, brought the whole families down, all 14 of us. Just wanted to see the Tower and be a part of downtown Cleveland at Christmas time,” said Laura Javurek-Gill.

“My favorite part about coming out tonight is like, seeing the changing colors, seeing all the lights, seeing all the small people outside, seeing Browns stadium from so far away,” said Bryce Kozell.

Families were invited to view Public Square’s Christmas lights from high above the trees from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.

Visitors were also given a crash course on how the lighting system works and even got to watch operators switch the Tower over to their favorite colors.
