Poll: Most Families Eat Together 6-7 Nights a Week

Despite our fast-paced lifestyles, a slight majority of families are still finding the time to eat meals together.

That’s according to a Gallup poll that found 53 percent of adults with kids younger than 18 say they sit down together for dinner at home six or seven nights a week.

Data also showed married parents eat with their children more than unmarried ones, and parents who work full time have family meals slightly less frequently than those who work part time or don’t work.
