Colorado Shooting Suspect’s Apartment Up For Rent

COLORADO — He’s accused of opening fire during a showing of a Batman movie in Aurora, Colorado where twelve people died and 70 were wounded.

Now his apartment, which was once rigged with booby traps, is up for rent, according to TMZ.

James Holmes’ previous Aurora apartment is up for rent on Zillow.com and priced at $850 a month. The listing also says the property is completely renovated and furnished.

Holmes filled the apartment with 30 grenades, 10 gallons of gasoline and other booby traps before going on the shooting rampage.
