WASHINGTON, D.C.– It took several weeks and over 1,200 cookies, but the 2013 Gingerbread White House is done! (Watch it built in less than two minutes in the time-lapse video above!)

Thanks to pastry chef Bill Yosses and his talented team, the 300-lb, edible White House replica is on display in the State Dining Room.

The White House said this year’s creation features a mini Bo and Sunny– the ‘first dogs’– sitting on the front steps of the house.
