Steak Tortillas and Beer Cheese Dip

Beer cheese Dip

  •  1 cup cooked pork sausage
  • 1 cup diced tomato
  • 4 cups cheddar cheese sauce (Melt 4 cups of dry cheddar blending in 2 cups of milk) or buy ready made.
  • 1/2 cup black olives diced
  • 1/2 cup chives diced
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn
  • 1 cup of your favorite beer.
  • 2 tablespoons of fresh diced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon of flavored salt (lawreys)



Mix together and place in a oven baking dish. Oven cook for 20 min on 350. Transfer to crock pot and serve with nacho chips



Chicken salad/ baby iceberg cut out

  •  2 cups of diced chicken
  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/2 cup plain yogart
  • 1/2 cup  parmaesan cheese
  • 1/2 walnuts
  • 1/2 blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/4 cup of honey



Blend in a big bowl. Center cut babe iceberg pull out cut leaves.  Stuff chicken salad in center and top with sliced colored peppers and blueberries and walnuts.



Davids Holiday Drink

  •  1 oz Balieys Irish cream
  • 1oz pinnicle cake vodka
  • 1oz Kaluha
  • 1oz Rumplemanns liquior
  • 6 oz of half and half



Pour over ice in martini shaker’….Shake it like you like it. Martini glass drizzled with chocolate and rimmed with crushed candy cane. Drain ice pour into Martini Glass/ add decoration.



Steak Tortilla

Cheese spread:

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese soften
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce


  • 2 tortilla shells
  • 1 cup cooked steak sliced thin
  • 1cup mushrooms diced
  • 1 cup corn
  • 1 cup  onions



Pan saute onions /mushrooms/ corn in olive oil and salt pinch.

Brush tortilla shell top and bottom of both with olive oil. Spread cheese mixture on one side of both. Lay steak strips into cheese mix. Top with onion, mushroom and corn mix.

Place tortilla top on with cheese spread down and place on cookie sheet/ oven bake for 10 min on 350.

Let cool cut into pie shapes
