Student Makes $24,000 After Making Sign

A college student made $24,000 just by waving a sign on television.

On ESPN’s “College GameDay” a student waved a sign above his head that had a Bitcoin logo which represented a “virtual wallet,” according to Business Insider.

On Reddit, people managed to enhance the QR code from the screen in order to identify the wallet, and people began donating money to him.

The student received 100 transactions which totaled more than 22 bitcoins. At $1,100 per bitcoin, the kid has made over $24,000.
