‘Operation Grinch Grab’: Suspects Arrested in 100+ Burglaries

LORAIN, Ohio– A year-long burglary investigation in Lorain, called ‘Operation Grinch Grab,’ led to sixteen warrants being served on Thursday.

Lorain police said the suspects had 39 felony charges related to burglaries, robberies and thefts that happened in central and south Lorain.

Police said the suspects are believed to be responsible for over 100 burglaries and more charges– and suspects– could be added.

They are accused of getting into the home through an open door or window and stealing large-screen TVs and video game consoles.
