CLEVELAND — Strong storms caused a building to collapse in Cleveland Sunday night.

According to police, the building is located on Ivanhoe Road and is part of the General Electric plant. The building collapsed during the height of the storm that tore through Northeast Ohio.

Authorities say the bricks from the building spilled onto the roadway and blocked one lane of traffic.

The building appears to be abandoned.
