Businesses across the U.S. could soon be taking advantage of new rules under President Obama’s healthcare overhaul, and it could have your company watching your waistline, according to Reuters.

The rules are meant to punish overweight workers and smokers.

Companies could soon make workers meet weight goals, quit smoking, or pay higher premiums to get them to quit.

For example, starting in 2014, Proctor and Gamble is charging an extra $25 a month for smokers until they complete a smoking cessation program.
