SOLON, Ohio — A Solon man faces child enticement charges after an incident that happened on Halloween.

According to police, officers were called to Solon Middle School just after 11 a.m. Oct. 31.

A 12-year-old female student told them she was confronted by a male on her way to her bus stop at Cromwell Drive and Hamilton Court. The man asked her if she had a boyfriend and if she was going trick-or-treating that night.

The student said she’s seen the same man standing outside on Monroe Court almost every day watching her wait for the bus.

After investigating, Keith Houska, 53, was arrested on one charge of criminal child enticement, which is a misdemeanor of the first degree.
