University’s ‘Blood Spattered’ Jerseys Under Fire

EVANSTON, Ill. — Some special edition football uniforms are stirring controversy at Northwestern University.

According to Daily Mail, the uniforms were designed with “blood spatters.” The team will wear the uniforms while raising money for injured veterans through the Wounded Warrior program.

The uniforms are also red, white and blue with stars and stripes.
