My Town: Akron Children’s Hospital Holiday Tree Festival

AKRON, Ohio — The Akron Children’s Hospital is hosting its annual festival to kick-off the holiday season.

The hospital is holding their 32nd annual Holiday Tree Festival Saturday, November 23 through Sunday, December 1 at the John S. Knight Center in downtown Akron.

Festival hours are 11 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Wednesday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. Fridays and Saturdays, Sundays from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. on Thanksgiving Day.

The Holiday Tree Festival is free for anyone to attend.

A preview of the festival will be held on Friday, November 22. On Gala Night, guests can view the trees before the public and participate in a dinner and silent auction. For tickets and more information about Gala Night, call Akron Children’s Hospital at (330) 543-8340.
