Northeast Ohio is home to some of the best restaurants around – and there’s a new name to add to the “must-visit” list! Natalie took us inside “Toast.” With local produce, farm-fresh ingredients and handcrafted cocktails, Toast is quickly making a name for itself.
Toast is located in the Gordon Square Arts District. That’s Cleveland’s West Side (Right across the street from the Capitol Movie Theatre).
David made Tea Mocktails! That’s alcohol-free party drinks! Emma Chen from Joseph Wesley Tea joined us.
Monsters University Craft
We had some not-so-scary Halloween monsters for you! Monsters University to be exact! Samantha Booth from Jo-Ann Fabric and Craft Stores was here to help us celebrate the DVD release of Monsters University. Check out the kid-friendly craft she demonstrated by clicking on our video clip!
When you raid your child’s Halloween haul in a few days, go for the dark chocolate! Dr. Marc says it’s good for your heart – in moderation. Also, since many people like chocolate with nuts in it, Dr. Marc says stick to ones with almonds, which are filled with good fats. Avoid the cashews, which have a lot of saturated fat.
Fall Shoe Colors
When it comes to shoes, there are two colors that every woman should have in her closet this Fall! Our Rachel Stephens shows you what’s trending at Amy’s Shoes!
Amy’s Shoes has two locations – the West side in Rocky River and the East side inside Eton Chagrin Boulevard.
