KENT, Ohio — At least 40 arrests were made overnight during Halloween weekend festivities in Kent.

Thousands of revelers took to the streets of the college town Saturday night to celebrate Halloween.

According to police, most of the arrests made were on charges of underage drinking.

Final numbers are still being tallied.

Last year, upward of 70 arrests were made; that number was more than three times the amount made in 2011.
