Many doctors recommend a flu shot to keep you healthy through the winter months.

That's why our Stefani Schaefer gets one each year.

She admits it hurt a little bit. But there is good news for healthy adults and children between the ages of two and 49 (who are not pregnant) -- you can get the painless nasal spray flu vaccine.

It's offers the same protection as the tradition vaccine, but is perfect for anyone with a fear of needles.
