Bridge to Close Monday Until May 2014

CLEVELAND — Beginning Monday, construction crews will close the I-90 eastbound exit ramp to Eddy Road until late May 2014.

The closure is part of a project to replace the Eddy Road bridge over I-90. The exit ramp will be closed beginning Monday, October 21 at 8:00 p.m.

Drivers will be detoured via I-90 eastbound to E. 152nd Street to I-90 westbound to Eddy Road.

Crews will also shift the lanes of I-90 eastbound under Eddy Road to allow for the demolition and deck replacement. Overnight closures may be necessary.

The second phase of the project will begin in the spring of 2014 when crews will close the Eddy Road entrance ramp to I-90 eastbound for approximately five months.

Drivers will be detoured to I-90 westbound to E. 55th Street to I-90 eastbound.
