WICKLIFFE, OH -- Police in Wickliffe said there is a serial flasher on the loose and he is getting bolder with his crimes.

Most recently, he busted into a family's home and sexually gratified himself in front of three terrified females.

"I have a child and I'm actually very concerned. It's very unsettling," a neighbor, who only wanted to be identified as Angela, said.

Police said the man walked into a family's apartment on Ridgewick Drive Tuesday at 11:17 p.m. and exposed and sexually gratified himself in front of two women and an adolescent girl sitting in the kitchen.

Police said the victims screamed and the man ran off. That's when they called 911.

"It's pretty unusual to have something like this where somebody will go into somebody's home," Lt. Pat Hengst with the Wickliffe Police Department said.

Wickliffe police also believe this man is a serial flasher, linked to at least three other incidents.

"In March, where a guy exposed himself to a female in a parking lot of an apartment complex, and about a month and a half later where a guy was looking in a window," Lt. Hengst said.

Police said a fourth incident also happened on Tuesday where a guy matching the same description exposed himself to a girl on Glenhurst Road in Willowick at 5:20 p.m.

Police said the three incidents in Wickliffe were all near Ridgewick Drive, so he may live in the area. But what worries police the most is that the flasher is getting bolder.

"It began with him outside in a parking lot. The next incident was looking through a window and now, this most recent incident was a situation where he actually entered a home, came into a kitchen and stood in a kitchen and did this, and of course, that concerns us that his behavior is escalating," Hengst said.

Police said the suspect is described as a white male with facial hair in his 30s or 40s, standing about 5'7" with a heavy build. He was wearing a grey hoodie.

Anyone with information on the suspect is urged to call Wickliffe police.
