FLORIDA — A mother says she is upset after her 5-year-old daughter was kicked off the school bus for getting sick and left with a complete stranger.

According to The Huffington Post, the child had just boarded the bus when she began to feel sick and throw up. The child said the driver immediately told her to get off the bus and left her with a stranger on the side of the road.

Fortunately, the woman walked the child home.

District officials say bus drivers are required to call dispatch when a child becomes ill, but are not sure if that protocol was followed.

The bus driver has been reassigned to bus monitor duty.

This is disturbing! The kid couldn’t help she got sick. And the worst part is kicking her off the bus? She’s 5! For heavens sake I hope this women gets fired for 1) endangering a child 2) neglecting the kid of which she was in charge of and 3) Leaving a kid in a place she doesn’t know where she is. She could have had so many bad things happen to her. This family needs justice!
