MORELAND HILLS, Ohio — A local children’s camp is hosting its annual festival to ring in the fall season.

The Hiram House Camp will celebrate its 42nd annual Pumpkin Festival on Sunday, October 13, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. This year’s festival will include activities for all ages and will include indoor and outdoor events.

Hiram House Camp has scheduled pumpkin carving demonstrations with the Cleveland Institute of Art, the indoor Haunted Hay Maze at the Double H Ranch, hay wagon rides, pony rides, face painting, carnival games, an inflatable bounce house and several other activities for kids. The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is also hosting an archery range on site.

Admission is free for kids 12 and under, and $5 for everyone 13 and up. Some exhibits may require additional admission, and $20 all-day wristbands are available for most attractions.

The first 500 families to enter the festival will receive a free child’s meal coupon for Yours Truly Restaurants.

Hiram House Camp is located at 33775 Hiram Trail in Moreland Hills.

Free parking will be available at Orange Schools at 32000 Chagrin Boulevard, and free shuttle buses will be available to transport attendees to the festival.
