Sour Cream Pork Steaks

  • First you will need to heat up your electric skillet
  • Add a little bit of olive oil – enough to brown the steak
  • Once browned remove from pan set aside


  • add 1/2  of an onion diced
  • add 1 tbsp. of garlic
  • add 1/2 cup ketchup
  • add 1/2 cup of brown sugar
  • add 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • add 1/2 cup water mix with 1/4 cup flour
  • add pork steaks back to pan
  • add 1/2 cup of sour cream mix well reduce heat


Roasted Butternut Squash and Brussel Sprouts topped with Bacon 

  •  cook 3/4 of a lb of bacon in small pieces ahead of time
  • first you need to peel squash and de-seed
  • dice the squash toss in olive oil and pinch of salt and pinch of pepper and tbsp. of brown sugar
  • place in 350 oven for 30 minutes until tender
  • prepare brussel sprouts on stove in a small pot add stick of butter salt and pepper simmer till tender
  • drain and toss with cooled butternut squash


Finish with an apple or pumpkin pie!
