CHICAGO — Indians fans wanted it to be a September to remember, and so far, the Tribe is following script as they inch ever so close to the wildcard.

The Indians were looking for the sweep over the White Sox Sunday afternoon. Not even a 4 hour rain delay could slow down the Indians.

Matt Carson gave the Indians a 2-0 lead in the 5th inning with a home run.

Asdrubal Cabrera followed that up with a homer of his own in the 6th inning. The 3-run shot gave the Indians the 6-0 lead.

Nick Swisher hit not one, but two home runs, one from the left and one from the right.

The Indians are now only a half game back in the wildcard standings after sweeping Chicago 7-1.
