NASHVILLE, TN -- Teens in Tennessee are getting fit while learning at school.

The FitDesk is a stationary bike with a desktop fitted for a classroom, according to WKRN. The desk also has an arm pad to protect students' elbows and arms from getting tired while holding a book or a tablet.

Students say the exercise actually helps them concentrate on reading and learning.

FitDesk donated 30 bikes to a health and wellness classroom at a Nashville high school. They plan to put 10,000 bikes in 1,000 schools by 2014.
