CLEVELAND– A day after the Indians broke their losing streak, they were dealt another loss Monday night in Minnesota.

Danny Salazar was on the mound. Brian Dozier took him deep on the second pitch of the game.

An inning later, Trevor Plouffe jumped on another Salazar fastball and powered it over the left field wall to make it 3-0, Minnesota.

Salazar lasted four innings, while rookie Andrew Albers shut down the Tribe’s offense.

The Twins won, 3-0.

Their series with the Indians continues Tuesday.
