CLEVELAND — After a four-game debacle against the Tigers, the Indians needed to bounce back with a win against the Angels at Progressive Field Friday night.

Things started very poorly for the Indians.

A three-run homer from Josh Hamilton helped get the Angels the 5-0 lead after just one inning.

Michael Brantley got the Indians on the board with a solo home run to right in the bottom of the 2nd inning.

In the bottom of the 4th, Asdrubal Cabrera blasted another homer for the 5-2 score, but that would be all for the Tribe offense.

The Indians dropped their 5th game in a row. They’ll try again Saturday night at 7:05 p.m.
