CLEVELAND -- We told you it was coming and now it's here. There are no bags or purses allowed at FirstEnergy Stadium.

It's the new NFL policy at football stadiums all across the United States.

All personal items must be inside a see-through plastic bag no bigger than 12x6x12.

"I'm not sure about it. That seems kind of small to me. I'm not going to be able to get much stuff inside there," said Browns fan Brenda Holt.

Fans are allowed one clear plastic bag and one small clutch no bigger than your hand.

"I would rather stand outside and wait a little bit and feel that I am safe," said Rick Holt.

The NFL says the policy is designed to increase safety and move lines faster at the stadium.
