Woman Accused of Trying to Steal $400 of DVDs

PAINESVILLE TOWNSHIP, OH — The Lake County Sheriff’s Office is looking for a woman who attempted to steal $400 worth of DVDs from Giant Eagle.

According to authorities, the woman attempted to steal the DVDs and walk out the front door around 11:00 a.m. on Saturday.

Although management took her hand bag with the DVDs inside, she fled the store in a Dodge or Plymouth minivan.

Anyone with information is asked to call the Lake County Sheriff’s Office.
