Child Removed from Home After Drug Arrests

CUYAHOGA FALLS, Ohio — A 7-year-old was removed from a home after six people were arrested and charged with drug-related offenses.

The Cuyahoga Falls Police Narcotics Unit and the Summit County Drug Unit searched a home in the 300 block of Washington Avenue in Cuyahoga Falls Monday morning.

Joshua Humphrey and Nicole Humphrey, both 32, were charged with drug abuse, drug paraphernalia, drug abuse instruments, and endangering children.

Jessica Hudak, 18, was charged with drug abuse, drug paraphernalia, and drug abuse instruments.

Roger Rader, 19, and Gregory Kirby, 26, were charged with drug abuse.

Joshua and Nicole Humphrey, Hudak, Rader and Kirby were taken to Summit County jail.

Michael Hudak, Sr., 56, was charged with permitting drug abuse.

Because he only faces a misdemeanor charge, he was taken to Cuyahoga Falls jail.

Summit County Children Services was called to care for the child.
