CLEVELAND-- A portion of a wall has collapsed in the tower city rapid station.

According to RTA spokeswoman Mary Shaffer, it happened on the westbound track. The track is shut down, which leads to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport and the Watershore. There is about a 20-minute delay.

Shaffer said RTA believes the damage is due to water, however, they are still investigating.
