Westlake Bank Robbery Suspects Arrested

WESTLAKE, Ohio — Two men accused of robbing a Westlake bank were arrested at a West Virginia campground Monday evening.

According to the Westlake police, officers there were responding to a disturbance when they questioned the men.

After running a routine check, they found both were wanted.

The suspects were identified as Tommy Gallagher, 36, and Trevor Spurlock, 21.

They allegedly targeted the Key Bank on Columbia Road just after 4 p.m. Friday.

Surveillance pictures were released shortly afterward as police asked the public for help in locating the men.

Gallagher and Spurlock will be extradited to Ohio to face charges.

Both men were previously working for a traveling carnival company.
