CLEVELAND -- Cleveland Police are investigating a terrifying incident for an elderly Cleveland couple.
According to police, several men forced their way into a home on Victory Boulevard near W. 130th Street.
Cleveland Police Sgt. Sammy Morris told Fox 8 that a man, 83 and woman, 80, were both duct taped during the ordeal.
The man was also beaten. The woman was put into the trunk of the couple's car and driven away.
The woman and car were recovered a short time later near a bar on Cedar Avenue near East 83rd Street.
The couple was taken to Fairview Hospital. According to police, they are in stable condition.
Morris told Fox 8 the men responsible are still at large.
Police say they stole the couple's credit cards and are using them at businesses near East 83rd Street.
