CLEVELAND, Ohio — A Cleveland road was to be closed through Sunday after a gas line rupture Saturday morning.

A gas leak was reported at about 6:30 a.m. Saturday, and St. Clair was closed between East 141st Street and East 143rd Street. Four area businesses were evacuated as a precaution.

The Cleveland Division of Fire said Dominion crews were able to temporarily repair the rupture, but the portion of St. Clair will remain closed until a permanent repair can be completed. Crews are set to start that repair Monday morning.
