CLEVELAND, Ohio — The star of the “Captain America” sequel being shot here tweeted an apology Sunday for “screwing up” Cleveland’s traffic patterns.

Actor Chris Evans is playing the lead role in “Captain America: The Winter’s Soldier,” which is being filmed in downtown Cleveland for the next few weeks.

Several detours and downtown restrictions are in place, and the West Shoreway is closed through June 14, making traffic slow-going in several areas of the city.
